A live football scoreboard your volunteers can run
Goals with the scorer’s photo, added time, sin bins, red cards and your sponsors, on the LED screen at the ground or the TV in the clubhouse. Whoever’s free on the day runs it from their phone.

What the crowd sees
Every goal fills the screen in the scoring side’s colours, then the scoreboard comes back with the clock still running.
Every goal, with the scorer on screen
Tap the face of whoever scored, and their photo, name and number go up with the new score. The visitors’ goals flash up in their own colours.
Own goals are one tap too.

Added time, sin bins and red cards
The clock runs 45 and 45 and turns red at half-time and full time. Added time goes up in one tap when the board does. Sin bins count down by themselves, and a red card stays by the team’s name.

Full time, with the scorers and minutes
The result and every scorer with their minutes. Before kick-off, the screen can show both team sheets, starters and substitutes. A home win gets confetti.

Scored from a phone
Goal, own goal and card buttons for each team, a clock that matches the referee’s, and nothing to install.

Nothing to install
It runs in the phone’s web browser. Scan the QR code and you’re scoring.
Mistakes undo
Tapped the wrong team? One tap takes the last score back off the screen.
Hand over any time
Someone else can take over on their own phone with the match’s 4-digit PIN.
Something new for your sponsors
Sponsor logos take turns along the bottom of the scoreboard all match, go full screen at half-time, and match day sponsors get every other slot. Short adverts or club news can play at the break.
Sold to local businesses, run from Studio
Change the line-up in Studio and it’s on the screen straight away.

Questions clubs ask
Is it for grassroots and non-league clubs?
Yes. Matchlight is built for clubs run by volunteers: set it up once in your own time, and on matchday whoever’s free can score it.
Do we need an LED screen?
No. Matchlight shows on anything with an HDMI input, so a TV in the clubhouse works well. An outdoor LED screen at the pitch is the full experience.
Does it handle sin bins?
Yes. Temporary dismissals get a 10-minute timer on the screen, and red cards stay by the team’s name until full time.
What about extra time and penalties?
Not yet. Tell us if your cup matches need them when you register.
We play rugby too. Is that extra?
Matchlight does rugby as well, on the same screen. Tell us both sports when you register.
Bring Matchlight to your club
We’re opening Matchlight to a small group of founding clubs first. Register your interest and we’ll be in touch with pricing and next steps.
